Horace Empowerment Inc. is a Non-Profit Organization that gives back to the community in the form of Mentoring, Job Training, Cosmetology Scholarships, and donations to The American Cancer Society.Events hosted by Horace Empowerment are fundraisers for our Cosmetology Scholarship Fund.
